A focused refresh using artwork, textiles and accessories to create a polished, cohesive look without fully furnishing the property.
Staging Consultation
$150/hour · usually 1–2 hours
An in-person walkthrough and report covering decluttering, furniture placement, repairs and priorities before photography or listing.

Karol combines Fine Arts studies at OCAD University, an Interior Decorator Diploma from Sheridan College and Home Stager Certification with more than 15 years of design experience.
After beginning her career with a luxury home staging company, she founded Karol's Decor Home Staging in 2015. Karol personally visits every property, makes every design decision and gives each client the same attention to detail.
